| Company Overview Lehr Land Surveyors "LLS" is a Land Surveying business headquartered in Central New York just hours away from all corners of the State. LLS offers the diversity of all aspects of surveying projects to both the public and private sectors. With over 25 years of surveying experience in the Land Development Area, LLS possesses extensive knowledge as well as technical confidence in such disciplines as: ALTA/ASCS Land Title and As-Built Surveys Boundary and Topographic Surveys Construction Stakeout and Utility Surveys Aerial and Photogrammetric Surveys/Mapping Communication and Telecommunication Surveys Planning & Zoning Board Presentations The Owner Douglas R. Lehr, Principal/owner, native of Syracuse and Licensed by the University of the State of New York in April of 1977. Worked for the City of Syracuse Department of Engineering, Mapping Division from 1967 until 1980 where he was in charge fo surveying services for the City the last two years. Began his own practice on a part-time basis in the summer of 1977 and went full-time upon leaving the City's employ. Is a member of the following organizations: Central New York Land Surveyors Society New York State Association of Land Surveyors National Society of Professional Services American Congress of Surveying and Mapping New York Manufactured Housing Association The Firm LLS has grown from a two person survey firm to our present work force of 12 people, several of whom are able to be interchanged on various tasks when required. A minimum of two field crews and two computer technicians, two draftsperson, one full-time research technician, an office manager and a receptionist/secretary are all full-time employees, in addition to the owner. We are a completely automated surveying office from total stations and data collectors for our field crews and state-of-the-art computer systems with Auto-Cad 2002 software and Hewlett-Packard Design Jet Plotters with the capability of furnishing any of maps or field notes on multi-sized discs or via e-mail. We have complete in-house printing facilities as well as a 24-hour dedicated fax line. Our offices are located in the Village of Liverpool, just north of Syracuse, consisting of 2,700 square feet, designed by us to meet our particular needs. We provide all phases of surveying services to land owners, attorneys, developers, realtors, contractors, municipalities, architects, engineers and other related professional firm.
